Request for COVID-19 tests and Pre-departure Testing

With effect from 1st November 2021, you can request for a COVID-19 test at your own cost at our Frontier Admiralty, Bedok, Buangkok, Canberra, Clementi, Woodlands, Bukit Batok West Ridges, Bukit Batok West Terra and Jurong West branches. Travellers can also get their pre-departure COVID-19 tests and certifications at our eight branches.

For travellers, please check the health requirements and testing windows with the embassy or immigration authority of the destination country before you travel.

The Pre-departure Tests are available at the following rates:

$160 for COVID-19 PCR test (PCR for Children are strictly by appointment only)
Pre-departure ART is $35

*GST chargeable at all clinics except Ang Mo Kio, Bukit Batok West Terra, Frontier People's Clinic (Bedok)

Identification Documents (eg Passport)
Flight Details

Results:

If the result is negative, the digital health certificate and memo will be encrypted and emailed to your designated email address and we will also notify you via SMS. Travellers will need to print out a hard copy themselves (if required).
