What is HealthierSG?

Healthier SG is an initiative by the Ministry of Health (MOH) aimed at empowering Singaporeans to improve their health and quality of life.

Who is Eligible?

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 40 years and above can enrol in Healthier SG.

You will receive an SMS from MOH inviting you to enrol.

As we age, our risk of health problems increases. Healthier SG aims to empower Singaporeans to learn how to take the necessary steps to keep themselves healthy. Our family doctors will discuss ways in which you can pick up healthy habits in your daily lives. Regular screenings allow for early detection and timely intervention of health problems, and preventive vaccinations can help to keep you healthy. Should any health problems be picked up, our family doctors will help you create a personalised treatment plan to ensure they are effectively controlled.

Your clinic will contact you once your screening results are ready for review. Review of results can be done either in person or via teleconsult.

Annual health check-in consultations are subsidized. Alternatively, your family doctor will perform an annual check-in with you over the phone or when you stop by our clinics for other checks. They will also advise you on when to return to clinic for vaccinations or repeat screenings.

Enrolling for HealthierSG will confer similar benefits of Healthpoints and fully-subsidized vaccines.

Existing subsidies, such as the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), will still apply for your visits and treatment.

Your family doctor will continue to follow up with you several times a year to ensure your chronic conditions are well controlled. They will also discuss with you if switching to the HealthierSG Chronic Tier subsidy scheme for your medications may be suitable.  

Our group of trained family physicians and general practitioners strives to help you on your journey towards better health. Our Frontier Primary Care Network (PCN) also includes nurses and primary care coordinators and is well-equipped to provide holistic care and preventive screening for your chronic conditions.  As Frontier Healthcare is expanding, we hope to make our clinics more accessible to bring quality healthcare closer to you.
