Job Descriptions:

To support Head of Business Development and Special Projects in Corporate Marketing and Project Management, including development of Marketing materials, Partnership management and overseeing of Corporate Communication platforms and channels.

 

Project Management

  • To assist HOD in ensuring assigned projects achieve set goals and are carried out within budget and timelines.

Marketing

  • To recommend and develop Marketing initiatives and calendar

Marketing Communications

  • To develop Marketing communication materials across all platforms in-line with Marketing initiatives and calendar.

Partnership (Internal and External)

  • Source for and recommend partnerships for collaborations
  • Able to effectively work with partners on projects to meet goals and manage expectations amicably.

Data Analytics

  • Able to analyze and present financial data and digital media reports (Such as Google Analytics).

Timeline Management

  • Able to work with internal and external teams on managing tasks/timelines to ensure overall project timelines are met.

Logistical Decisions

  • Able to handle logistical issues to ensure completeness of logistical needs, timelines and budgets.

Creative

  • Ability to discern whether creative recommendations are in-line with marketing goals and corporate branding and image guidelines.

Budget / Cost Management

  • Able to recommend and suggest if quotes are within industry benchmarks and/or within budgets.

 

Job Requirements

  • Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 3 – 5 years prior experience in Corporate Development or Marketing preferred.
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Ability to manage on-line meetings and presentations
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word Document, Canva/Photoshop
  • Comfortable working with numbers
  • Good project management skills
  • Proficient in social media account management
  • Able to manage and analyze Google Analytics data
