Who can use video consultation on Health Frontier?
Anyone with a valid Singapore NRIC, FIN, or Work Pass can use video consultation services.

However, eligibility may depend on the nature of your medical condition and the doctor’s assessment.
Simply download the Health Frontier app, sign up using SingPass, and select the Teleconsult option.

Choose an available time slot, and you’ll be connected to a doctor via video call.
Video consultation is not suitable for:

Severe pain or injuries
Difficulty breathing
Chest pain
Sudden loss of consciousness

If you experience any of these, please visit a clinic or hospital immediately.
After your consultation, you opt for medicine delivery to your doorstep.
You can pay securely through the Health Frontier app using Credit/Debit cards
