Job Descriptions

  • Provide frontline customer service
  • Registration and scheduling of appointments for patients
  • Collect Payments from patients
  • Manage Patient Satisfactory Survey (PSS) targets
  • Ensure overall cleanliness of the clinic premise is maintained, clinic equipment are functional, relevant reading materials and posters at the reception area are updated

Job Requirements

  • Minimum General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS Office)
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle stress and work in a fast paced environment
