- Provide frontline customer service
- Registration and scheduling of appointments for patients
- Collect Payments from patients
- Manage Patient Satisfactory Survey (PSS) targets
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the clinic premise is maintained, clinic equipment are functional, relevant reading materials and posters at the reception area are updated
Job Requirements
- Minimum General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent.
- Prior experience with SAP is an advantage
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office)
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle stress and work in a fast paced environment
